因为法国对食物日期的严格控制，很多超市面包房等都会对当天卖不掉的食物进行处理，除了捐献给慈善机构或者销毁，还有一部分会直接扔进垃圾桶，这就衍生了法国的一个社会现象：捡垃圾吃。有一阵子没有捡面包了，今天去面包店碰碰运气，期间遇到了一位捡垃圾的法国大叔，大叔和我们聊了这些垃圾他拿走的用途，以及垃圾如何再利用。相比超市垃圾，面包垃圾捡起来更加容易，而且品种多，这些浪费的食物，其实可以通过更多的方式被人们运用，例如慈善分发，畜牧业喂养等。希望通过这一系列视频，让更多的人关注到食物反浪费问题。
