中秋节到啦！Yooupi先在这里祝大家中秋节快乐。中秋节你家里都吃什么呢？北方小伙伴儿肯定会提名饺子，那今天Yooupi就带大家去尝尝不一样的“饺子”Empanada恩潘纳达。Empanada恩潘纳达是属于拉丁美洲的一种馅饼，外形和我们中国的饺子类似，但是体积却比我们的饺子大4-5倍，主要烹饪手法是烤。里面可以包各种肉类或者奶酪的馅料。我选的这家店位于法国图卢兹，是由一位阿根廷人开的，网络上评分高达4.8/5，他运用了最传统的家乡手法制作的恩潘纳达，而且老板人非常热情，一切都是在轻松的聊天中进行的。出乎我意料的是恩潘纳达居然很符合我们国人的口味，肉类恩潘纳达加入了洋葱，葡萄干，橄榄等配料，一口下去肉汁丰盈，口味咸鲜，和咱们国内新疆的烤包子有异曲同工之妙。Yooupi觉得，和音乐一样，美食是人类的另一种语言，在世界各国，虽然它们名字形态不同，但总能在其间找到它们的相通之处成为你我的相视一笑。
