法国蜗牛，也许你知道它怎么吃最美味，但是你却不知道它的从出生到上餐桌，都经历了什么？那么今天Yooupi就带大家深入法国蜗牛山庄，去看看这最受法国人喜爱的国菜。这间蜗牛庄园位于法国图卢兹郊区，始建于1880年，有着非常古老的历史，庄园拥有6口蜗牛养殖池，庄园主很热情，带我参观了它们并且讲解了很多关于蜗牛的知识，蜗牛的种类，以及人类食用它的历史。庄园主亲自下厨为我烹饪了3道最经典的法国蜗牛菜，最开始看到蜗牛的样子是有点害怕食用的，可没想到品尝以后，味道居然跟海螺很像，没有奇怪的味道，比起蜗牛，黄油和大蒜的味道更加浓郁。这是我第一次品尝法国蜗牛，是非常有趣的味觉体验，一切都是新奇的。

It was built in 1880 and has a very old history. The manor has 6 snail breeding ponds. The owner of the manor is very enthusiastic. He took me to visit them and explained a lot of knowledge about snails. Species, and the history of human consumption of it. The owner of the manor personally cooked 3 classic French snail dishes for me. I was a little afraid to eat the snails at first, but I didn’t expect that after tasting it, the taste would be very similar to conch, no strange taste. From the snails, the taste of butter and garlic is more intense. This is the first time I have tasted French snails. It is a very interesting taste experience, everything is novel.
