今天Yooupi来到了法国南部城市aix-en-provence,为了法国南部著名的海鲜店TOINOU，本来打算去马赛总店，后来上网看信息才发现马赛总店因为一些街道改修问题于今年3月时候已经关闭了，所以来到了位于aix-en-provence的TOINOU分店，两家店在海鲜品质上没有任何区别。因为到店的时候是下午5点，它的餐馆还没有开放，只能坐在露台上吃海鲜，但这不影响它的美味。Yooupi点了一个法国特色生蚝拼盘，里面包含了Prat ar coum生蚝，GEAY吉利生蚝，还有Gillardeau吉娜朵生蚝，生蚝非常的新鲜，最喜欢的还是吉娜朵生蚝，口味太肥美和甘甜了。后来又加点了一只帝王蟹蟹腿，蟹腿里满满都是蟹肉，肉质也很鲜甜，分辨帝王蟹是否新鲜有一个小技巧，就是蟹肉的甜度，蟹肉越甜说明越新鲜，但如果蟹肉发咸的话就是已经死了一段时间了，且随着死去时间的增加，咸度也会增加。总的来说，TOINOU是Yooupi非常喜欢的一家海鲜餐馆，它的历史和品质，值得您来品尝。
