你是不是觉得只有咱们中国北方才有煎饼果子，其实法国也有属于他们的”煎饼果子“。Yooupi今天带大家看看法国的煎饼果子是什么样子的。法国”煎饼果子“也叫Crepe可丽饼，和国内一样，也是一种非常街头化的小吃，价格不贵，但是里面可以包一切你能想到的食材。可丽饼源自法国西部的布列塔尼地区，今儿探店就找了一家由布列塔尼人开的可丽饼店，咸味可丽饼我选择了具有当地特色的扇贝可丽饼，奶油炖葱配上扇贝，被香脆的黑麦饼皮包裹起来，饼皮香脆，馅料味道非常鲜甜。最传统的吃法是可丽饼搭配一杯苹果酒，苹果酒的酒味清淡，更多的是苹果的甜酸味。最后再选择一个甜味的桃子可丽饼，桃子用朗姆酒煎过，另一种层次的甜味，其实现在中国很多甜点已经开始运用到可丽饼这种食物，比如大家熟知的千层系列(榴莲千层，水果千层）中运用到的饼皮其实就是法国可丽饼的衍生物。美食不分国界，每个国家的美味其实都有相通性，就像煎饼果子和可丽饼，平凡的食物最能治愈了人心。
