日本夫妇在法国开拉面店，排队1小时70元一碗，面条筋道汤汁醇厚 – Yooupi 帶你体驗法国

Yooupi今天探店的是法国图卢兹排名第1的亚洲餐厅，1家日本拉面。之前上网看这家店说是要排队1-2个小时，而且很多客人抱怨说接待人数有限都不一定吃得到，Yooupi觉得特别好奇，在法国日本拉面其实很多，而这家店是怎么做到需要排队吃的？所以我决定一探究竟！老板是1对日本夫妇，态度非常的热情和礼貌，老板娘点餐，老板就煮面，厨房是开放式的，有点像日本的居酒屋，能感觉到很浓厚的日式风格。面条端上来，简直是把我惊艳到了，首先卖相很棒，摆盘让人非常有食欲，我点了两道面，一道是最基本的日式汤面，比较经典的款式，面汤是用猪骨和鸡熬制的，浓香醇厚，面条都是手工制作的，非常筋道。最值得一提的是我点的日式油面，搭配了叉烧肉，日式温泉蛋爆开搅拌在面条上，画面太馋人了，大口吸溜，满嘴包裹酱汁的面条，非常香。Yooupi来法国很多年，这样品质的拉面真的不多见。店内换桌速度非常快，因为很多人都在店外站着等位，我大约用餐了40分钟左右，走的时候外面还有至少10个客人在等位置。不过它的味道绝队值得你的等待！

The most worth mentioning is the Japanese-style noodles I ordered, with char siu pork. The Japanese-style hot spring eggs are popped and stirred on the noodles. The picture is too greedy, and the noodles covered with sauce are very fragrant. Yooupi has been in France for many years, and such quality ramen is really rare. The table changing speed in the store is very fast, because many people are standing and waiting outside the store. I ate for about 40 minutes. When I left, there were at least 10 customers waiting outside. But its taste is absolutely worth your wait!
