Tengchong, Yunnan is located at the junction of plates and has numerous volcanoes and hot springs, forming a unique geographical feature. Volcano and Rehai not only refers to the peculiar landscape of a big rolling spring pot, but also refers to a local delicacy of clay hot pot. Axing came to Manyi Village with a long history to learn about the ins and outs of the clay hot pot, visited the old craftsmen who have been making the pot for more than 40 years, and tasted the authentic clay hot pot deliciousness, vegetables, pork, egg rolls, meatballs, and yellow bamboo shoots are stewed in one pot.
