青海同仁的街道上有大大小小的火锅和火吧，主打厚实的牦牛肉涮肉，当地牛肉的品质很不错，自助不限量。在同仁不仅能吃美食，而且热贡地区是著名的中国唐卡艺术发源地，唐卡沿着隆务河畔的寺庙而兴盛。阿星游览吾屯下寺，观赏画师现场作画，了解唐卡制作艺术。
