赣菜在江西有很多分支，甚至每个地方的菜都不一样，大多都重油重辣。因为江西地处多省交界，所以赣菜也吸收融合了周边省份的特色，相互影响，虽然不是八大菜系，但是形成自己独特的口味。阿星来到隐藏在南昌一个化工食堂里的菜馆，厨师都是清一色的阿姨，女子天团厨艺高超，轻轻松松就能做出一桌美味。余干辣椒炒肉，臭鳜鱼，酸辣鸭杂，瑞金牛肉汤，个个都是下饭好菜。
Gan cuisine has many branches in Jiangxi, and even the dishes in each region are different. Most of them are heavy in oil and spicy. Because Jiangxi is located at the border of many provinces, Gan cuisine has also absorbed the characteristics of the surrounding provinces. Although it is not the eight major cuisines, it has formed its own unique taste. Axing came to a restaurant hidden in a chemical canteen in Nanchang. The chefs were all aunts. The female team was superb in cooking and could easily make a table of delicious dishes. Fried pork with Yugan chili, stinky Gui fish, hot and sour duck offal, Ruijin beef soup, all are good dishes for dinner.

江西菜虽然不是八大菜系，但是作为江西人，觉得江西菜有结合湘菜、川菜、江浙菜的一些特点，虽然重油重盐重辣，但是非常好吃。江西菜的一个唯一核心指标就是：这菜下饭！
