海南万宁的和乐镇和后安镇是两个相邻的小镇，有名的和乐粽和后安粉就出自这里，阿星起个大早去小吃发源地品尝美食。和乐粽用当地黑猪肉，海鸭蛋黄，糯米，和碧绿清香的粽叶包成，锥形的粽子个大实在，软糯流油，当地人还会蘸白糖和酱油吃。后安粉更是后安镇早市上最受欢迎的早餐，猪骨高汤和雪白细滑的粉，满满的猪杂配料，加上超辣的黄灯笼椒，汤鲜味美。
Hele Town and Hou’an Town in Wanning, Hainan are two adjacent towns. The famous Hele Zongzi and Hou’an rice noodle are from here. Axing starts early to taste the food at the birthplace of snacks. Hele Zongzi is made of local black pork, sea duck egg yolk, glutinous rice, and green and fragrant leaves. The cone-shaped Zongzi is big, soft and glutinous, and the locals will eat them with sugar and soy sauce. Hou’an rice noodle is the most popular breakfast on the morning market in Hou’an town. The soup is delicious with pork bone broth, white and smooth noodle, full of pork offal ingredients, with super spicy yellow lantern chili, the soup is delicious.
