海南文昌的铺前镇，是海岛最北面的一个小镇，以小吃糟粕醋闻名，海文大桥通车以后更是有很多人专程前来品尝。酒糟继续发酵产生的糟粕醋，稀释后温润酸爽，和海鲜猪牛杂，海菜蔬菜搭配，炎热天气吃满满一碗，解暑又满足。海南四大名菜之一的文昌鸡，鸡肉现煮，皮脆肉嫩，还有加了鸡油和鸡汤的米饭，阿星吃小镇老店的鸡饭。
The town of Puqian in Wenchang, Hainan, is the northernmost town on the island. It is famous for its snack Zaopo Vinegar. After the opening of the Haiwen Bridge, many people came to taste it. The Zaopo Vinegar produced by the continued fermentation of distiller’s grains is warm and sour after dilution. It is matched with seafood, pork, beef offal, sea vegetable, and vegetables, eat a full bowl in hot weather, relieve the heat and be satisfied. Wenchang chicken is one of the four famous dishes in Hainan. The chicken is freshly boiled, the skin is crispy and the meat is tender. There is also rice with chicken fat and chicken soup. Axing eats chicken rice from an old restaurant in the small town.
