在四川省乐山市有一家面馆,开在街道上卡卡角角的地方,不仔细看很容易被忽略。做面的老板却是一个厨师中的武林高手,自己研究做面30多年,可谓是干一行爱一行,从用料到做法都有讲究。干绍面咸香可口,芽菜肉沫干香,泡椒蹄花面酸辣劲爽,汤汁浓郁,阿星吃了两碗不过瘾。

每个开店的人如果都像老板一样,为自己的店感到自豪,认真,真实的话。也不会那么担心食品安全问题了!

如果每个店主都敢像这样的老板把调料露出来,中国餐饮有冲向国际那天!
但,这是一个奢望
真的剛剛才要感覺老闆眼裡有一股自傲,但總覺得這樣會不會誤會人家,結果不是只有我這麼感覺阿!!
