陕西省韩城市位于黄河西岸，与山西省隔河相望，这里自古受到游牧民族饮食习惯影响，小吃羊肉饸饹非常有名。开在108国道边的饸饹小店，荞麦加上沙蒿压制的荞面饸饹，爽滑有弹性，浇上特制的酸汤羊肉臊子，就是一碗鲜红油亮的美味，当地人喜欢配金黄酥脆的芝麻饼吃。还有凉调饸饹，盖一层厚厚的绿豆凉粉，夏天来一碗清凉解暑。
