距离西安40公里的高陵有很多美食，有一句话是这样说的，来高陵不吃猪蹄等于白来。特色烤猪蹄和卤猪蹄很受欢迎，虽然店开在偏僻的县道旁，有很多西安顾客都赶来吃。还有农家特色烤羊肉，凉菜和油馍，夕阳下听着拖拉机的突突声啃猪蹄，也很有特色。
Gao Ling, 40 kilometers away from Xi’an, has a lot of delicious food. There is a saying that if you don’t eat pork trotters in Gao Ling, it’s equivalent to nothing. @Yen-Ting Chen 一种老派的结算方式，上海也有，现在极少了，记得有吃三黄鸡的连锁商家至今依然保留，但限于坐下后店员点单，会预估预收，收银台点单就会按实先收。
