在厨师之乡陕西蓝田，有一道关中流水席必备的大菜，蓝田九大碗。红烧肘子、木梳背子、八宝甜盘子、泼汁老豆腐、熬过油豆腐、高汤熬白菜、熬萝卜片、黄花木耳丸子汤、凉调萝卜丝。九个青花瓷大碗菜，三荤六素，放在托盘里，就是关中味道。就着农家花馍红米饭，喝稠酒，阿星吃八人餐。

In the chef’s hometown, Lantian, Shaanxi, there is a necessary dish for the Guanzhong feast, the nine large bowls of Lantian. Braised pork elbow, wooden comb back, Babao sweet dish, old tofu with pouring juice, boiled oil tofu, boiled cabbage in soup, boiled radish slices, yellow flower fungus meatball soup, cool radish shreds.
